All in stock items will generally be dispatched within 2 working days. Unforeseen transportation problems may delay your delivery but we cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to delayed delivery.
You will be informed by e-mail or telephone of any out of stock items that will not be available for more than 7 days; you may then decide whether to keep these items on back order or receive a full refund for the out of stock items. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.
Items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail 1st Class post or via TNT express.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Simply phone 01704 822 609 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intention cancel your order and return goods. Goods must be returned within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods. Goods should be returned in a reasonable condition and via a reputable carrier at the customers expense. You will then be refunded the full purchase price of the goods excluding any delivery charges incurred.
If you receive damaged or faulty items on your order you MUST contact us within 3 working days after the day you received your order so we can efficiently deal with a replacement or refund. Goods that are damaged or faulty that need to be returned will be collected at our expense. In the event of a refund being issued due to faulty goods then this will include any delivery charges incurred. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to damaged stock on arrival.

No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Internationally recognised encryption and data storage
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Private network links to banks
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
