Delivery Information

Standard Delivery – £4.95 (UK Mainland Only)

Our standard delivery rate is £4.95 for all UK Mainland orders. Regional and heavy items surcharges will apply, so carry on reading for further details.

We aim to have all orders delivered within 1-3 working days (stock permitting). Deliveries are made between 8.00 am – 6.00 pm and will need to be signed for, therefore please make sure someone is present at the delivery address during these hours.

Next Day Delivery / Dispatch Time

If your order is placed before 12pm Monday – Friday, we will endeavour to pick, pack and ship your item(s) on the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability). However, the closer to 12pm the order is placed, depending on how busy our mail order department is, it may mean your item will not be dispatched until the following day so please allow up to 1-3 working days for dispatch. The earlier an order is placed, the greater the chance it’ll be delivered next day. If your order is urgent please contact us on 01704 822609.

Heavy / Large Item Surchage

If your order includes heavy or large items (such as bags of soil or large systems) it will incur an additional £5.00 large item surcharge per item. This will be automatically calculated on the website when an item qualifies for the additional charge.

Shipping Address

We can only deliver to the billing address or the address returned to us by PayPal. The address that we receive must be a confirmed address held by PayPal (if you use your PayPal account) or the address that you enter when entering your credit/debit card details. If you use an unconfirmed address then your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded. Once payment has been confirmed your order will be shipped.

Packaging

All parcels, no matter how big or small, are dispatched in plain packaging so discretion and the safe delivery of your order is assured.

Out of Stock / Delivery Delays

In the event that there’s a problem with your order, for example the item is out of stock, or a replacement product needs to be offered, we will contact you first via telephone or email, explaining the situation. If we do not hear back from you after 10 days, we will issue you a full refund and send a final email outlining the reasons why.
