Simply phone 01704 822 609 or email email@example.com to notify us of your intention to cancel your order and return goods. You have up to 28 days from the day after the goods are delivered to return the goods. That's 14 days to notify us of your intention to cancel, and 14 days after cancellation to return the goods. Goods should be returned in a resellable condition and via a reputable carrier at the customers expense. You will then be refunded the full purchase price of the goods including standard delivery charges. If you opted for an express service at checkout this will not be refunded.
If you receive damaged or faulty items on your order you must contact us within 5 working days after the day you received your order so we can efficiently deal with a replacement or refund. Goods that are damaged or faulty that need to be returned will be collected at our expense. In the event of a refund being issued due to faulty goods then this will include any delivery charges incurred. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to damaged stock on arrival.
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of the returned goods being received by Mellow Yellow Hydro Ltd
This in no way affects your consumer statutory rights.
