Delivery Terms

All in stock items will generally be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 2pm or on the next working day. Unforeseen transportation problems may delay your delivery but we cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to delayed delivery.

You will be informed by e-mail or telephone of any out of stock items that will not be available for more than 7 days; you may then decide whether to keep these items on back order or receive a full refund for the out of stock items. We cannot accept any responsibility for compensating your losses due to unavailable stock.

Items will be dispatched by either Royal Mail 1st Class post or via TNT express.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.

We will only deliver goods to the card holders registered address.
